1. Use alcohol to clean the mounting surface (i.e. headstone, grave marker, urn, etc.) to which the porcelain portrait will be placed.
2. Place your porcelain portrait on the mounting surface and mark the positioning with a pencil or other instrument.
3. Apply the adhesive on the back of your porcelain portrait.
4. Position the porcelain portrait between your markings, pressing it firmly for about 2 minutes.

Yes. Our porcelain portraits are guaranteed against fading and cracking for 25 years. If the portrait arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, promptly notify us and we will send you a replacement at no charge. Please provide us with the name of the purchaser and the order number if requesting a replacement. We keep electronic copies of all photos for up to 30 days after shipment so we can quickly replace them if necessary.

The size of your porcelain portrait may vary by a couple of millimeters. The porcelain shrinks when fired and does not always come out to the exact dimensions, but is always very close.

If, for any reason, you want to return your porcelain portrait, you can do so within 30 days and get a full refund.
