Photos for headstones

It only takes a few minutes:

1. Pick your product and choose a size and orientation.
2. Upload your photo and tell us about any special requests: background changes, text, retouching preferences.
3. Add to cart and complete checkout with your shipping and payment details.

You don't need an account; your email address is enough. If you'd like to see the result before we print, select the preview option while customizing your order.

For printed photos

Scan at 300 DPI if you can: a photo lab or home scanner works best. If scanning isn't an option, a phone photo will do. Just make sure it's sharp, well-lit, and free from glare.

For digital files

Upload directly in the order form. We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC files. A green checkmark confirms we received it.

Absolutely. We carefully clean up scratches, sharpen clarity, adjust colors, remove backgrounds, and bring black-and-white images to life in full color.

If you have something specific in mind — a particular crop, added text, or anything else — describe it on the product page and we'll take care of it.

For the best result, we recommend selecting the preview option. That way you can see our work and request adjustments before we print.

Once we receive your order, we get to work on your porcelain photo.

If you chose a preview, we'll send you a digital proof by email or SMS so you can check everything and give the go-ahead. Need a change? Just let us know: every revision is free, and we won't print until you're completely satisfied.

Once approved (or right away if you skipped the preview), we move into production. Tracking details arrive automatically when your order ships.

After placing your order, we prepare a digital proof and send it to you by email or SMS.

You can then:

• Approve the design to move straight to production.
• Request changes: add comments, attach reference images, and we'll revise it. Every revision is free.

We only print once you're completely happy with the result. If you ordered multiple items, each one has its own preview.

Two things to keep in mind:

• Measure the space on the headstone so your photo fits comfortably.
• Check cemetery regulations: some require specific dimensions.

Larger sizes bring out facial details more clearly, while smaller ones work well in tighter spaces.

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 days, including production and shipping. If you selected a preview, production starts once you approve.

Our porcelain photos are made for permanent outdoor display. Metallic pigments are fused at high temperature, and a protective glaze seals the color deep into the surface, creating a finish that resists fading, scratching, and harsh weather for the long term.

To keep it firmly in place, we recommend adding our assembly adhesive and following the installation steps included with your order.

It's straightforward. While customizing your order, you can add our recommended adhesive, which bonds to stone, marble, granite, and most other surfaces.

Steps

1. Clean the area with alcohol and let it dry.
2. Position the porcelain photo and mark the spot with a pencil.
3. Apply tape around the edges to catch any overflow.
4. Spread a generous amount of adhesive on the back of the photo.
5. Press firmly into place and hold for 30 to 45 seconds.

You'll also receive written instructions in the package and a video tutorial by email.

Each porcelain photo is carefully wrapped in shock-absorbing materials — bubble wrap and foam — then placed in a sturdy shipping box.

If anything arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours with a photo of the packaging and the item. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
