Apart from some initial problems (I stopped receiving information about my order after I rejected the first changes that were made, but fortunately customer service responded quickly and efficiently), there were no further issues. The print on the ceramic is perfect, the colours vivid and the ceramic of good quality. Everything also went well with the delivery. I also bought the glue to place the photo on my mother's cross and it is holding up very well. I want to thank Adrian for the support he gave me. I am satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to others.

Very nice photo processing, everything OK. However, with the image cropping it would be better if you could do it yourself online – like with a photo book. As it is, you have to keep writing back about what you'd like changed. I had two pictures made (mother & father), and matching the sizes was a bit difficult. Thank you, and I hope the mounting goes well for me.

I am absolutely thrilled with the porcelain memorial portraits. The quality is outstanding and the result looks exactly like the original photo. Communication was completely smooth and the work was done incredibly quickly. A huge highlight was that the pictures were printed twice more as extras – a wonderful surprise that made me very happy. The negative review is not about the quality of the work but about the delivery. UPS delivery one morning around 10:30 a.m. I was working, so not at home. I make my arrangements and therefore schedule a delivery for the next morning, since it was impossible for me to have it delivered to a pickup point or a locker. And that day, the driver makes his deliveries in the afternoon. You should look into working with more flexible providers. Because it also happens that customers have to work in order to be able to shop at your store.

Thank you very much for the picture of our loved ones! The processing and delivery went smoothly. It turned out very beautifully. If the rain stops in the next few days, we can mount it on the memorial in time for the 13th anniversary. It is a little treasure for us, as it is our favourite picture.

Almost perfect work, excellent colors, just a small foreign particle on the glossy surface of the ceramic, and they kindly offered to resolve it by reprinting. But I repeat, it was a minor thing, but since my daughter was a professional photographer, I wanted the very best for her.

The plaque is very beautiful and very well made. The only thing that in my opinion isn't right—otherwise I would have given an excellent review instead of a good one—is the weight: it is really very heavy, maybe too heavy, and therefore difficult to put in place.
